I have complex hearing issues and Laura has been my audiologist for many years. She has never failed to help me make the best choices of aids, set them up appropriately and go above and beyond with service. Laura is a hearing aid user which makes her understand some of the issues that other providers may not do and she is very open to new ideas and trying options that fit the user rather than the bulk standard fittings. I have experienced other providers and would state categorically that Laura is the best in the area from my experience - she is not there to sell you an aid but to find the best option for your requirements. As an aside, but still important, her staff are also extremely friendly and welcoming. I have personally recommended Laura to many other new hearing aid wearers.
